70-85 Titanium based lubricant

Metaflux 70-85 is a high-performance titanium-based lubricating paste designed to ensure optimal performance under extreme conditions. This industrial heavy metal lubricant is resistant to saltwater, oil, gasoline, most acids, bases, gases, and vapors. It is wear-resistant and does not flake off under continuous heat exposure or rinsing. Additionally, it prevents galvanic contact corrosion and contains no nickel, copper, or aluminum, eliminating the possibility of electrolyte formation.

Applications:

Metaflux 70-85 enhances the replacement of moving parts on CNC and milling machines, prevents wear, seizing, and corrosion of mechanical connections and sliding parts under extreme loads, such as forklifts. It also reduces vibration noise, including squealing brakes. Notably, it facilitates the removal of nuts on damaged threads by actually reshaping the damaged thread.
