ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000
FUCHS

HS technology, ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 combines excellent cooling, lubrication, wetting and flushing properties with outstanding corrosion protection and long emulsion life.
The advanced lubricity package makes ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 particularly effective for machining aluminium, titanium, Inconel, stainless steel and steel. It is designed to support increased tool life, high metal removal rates and excellent surface quality, especially when machining titanium and nickel-based alloys.
The highly stable emulsion, low foaming tendency and good high-pressure stability make ECOCOOL GLOBAL 1000 well suited for modern CNC machining centres and high-pressure coolant applications. Its low odour and clean-running characteristics also contribute to a good working environment and reduced maintenance requirements.
