Low-pressure duplex filter housing – Pi 210 series

The Filtration Group Pi 2145-058 is a compact and durable low-pressure duplex filter housing, designed for continuous filtration in hydraulic and lubrication systems where maximum uptime and operational reliability are essential. Part of the Pi 210 series (formerly MAHLE), the duplex design allows filter element changeover during operation, eliminating unnecessary downtime.

The streamlined internal flow design ensures minimal pressure loss, while the ergonomic changeover lever with pressure compensation and locking mechanism provides safe and easy operation. The filter housing is equipped with a bypass valve and an electrical maintenance indicator, monitoring differential pressure and signalling the optimal time for element replacement.

The Pi 2145-058 is compatible with high-efficiency PS filter elements, offering guaranteed separation efficiency according to ISO 16889 multi-pass testing, high dirt holding capacity and excellent differential pressure stability, even under demanding conditions.
