Filterelement - FA 27/27 (2 pcs.)

BLA 27/27 CJC® filter insert (PA5601320) is an original filter insert developed for high-performance fine filtration of water-contaminated oils and industrial fluids in demanding filtration systems. Manufactured by C.C. Jensen, the filter insert is used in CJC® offline filtration systems where high fluid cleanliness, operational reliability, and component protection are essential.

The filter insert is built with an advanced cellulose-based depth filter media that efficiently retains solid particles, oxidation residues, varnish, sludge, and other degradation products. With a filtration rating of 3 µm absolute, it removes 98.7% of all particles larger than 3 microns in a single pass, ensuring highly effective fluid purification.

The BLA 27/27 is specifically designed for applications involving water-contaminated oils or water-based fluids, where free water passage is required. Unlike standard B filter inserts, this model does not permanently absorb water, making it ideal for systems where water is removed by separate technologies.

The filter insert is designed for continuous offline filtration, where fluid is continuously cleaned in a separate circulation loop. This significantly improves fluid quality and helps reduce wear, downtime, and maintenance costs.

The BLA 27/27 is widely used across industry, including hydraulic systems, gear systems, lubrication systems, marine installations, and other industrial applications involving water-contaminated lubricants.
