LS26500 3,6V C Lithium special battery

SAFT LS26500 is a 3.6V lithium-thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂) C-size battery designed for long-life industrial applications.

It provides stable and reliable power for equipment that must operate for extended periods without maintenance. With an extremely low self-discharge rate of less than 1% per year and an operating temperature range from −60°C to +85°C, the LS26500 is ideal for harsh industrial environments and CNC machinery. The hermetically sealed stainless-steel construction offers excellent resistance to vibration, coolant and corrosion.

The LS26500 is widely used as the standard battery for wireless 3D probes and tool setters from HEIDENHAIN, including the TS460, TS640, TS642, TS649, TS740 and TS742 models. These infrared and radio transmission probes require a stable long-life power source, making this battery the preferred choice for service and maintenance.

Most probes require 2 batteries per probe.
