Durable sensor for open/closed electrical contact monitoring

The Neuron Dry Contact is a compact wireless IoT sensor designed to detect open or closed status in potential-free electrical loops — such as valves, doors, relays, or machine parts. With its IP67-rated enclosure, the sensor is well suited for humid and demanding industrial environments. It measures its state every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes, but transmits immediately if a status change is detected.

Powered by an internal battery, the device can operate for up to 10 years under normal conditions. It supports a wide operating temperature range from –40 °C to +85 °C, making it reliable in many industrial scenarios.

You can configure measurement frequency and alarm thresholds via the Neuron app, and receive alerts through push notifications, email or SMS. Commissioning is fast using the QR code on the sensor, which links it directly to the Neuron system.

Common use cases include monitoring valves, electrical contacts, doors, circuit breakers, and machine components — basically any application where tracking open/closed status is critical.
