Wireless gauge-pressure sensor for liquid and gas

The Neuron Gauge Pressure sensor is a rugged IoT device designed to measure pressure relative to ambient atmospheric pressure. It is available in several ranges up to 250 bar, with options for even higher pressure on request. The sensor comprises a pressure transducer and a separate radio transmitter, connected via a 50‑cm M12 cable.

It samples pressure every 30 seconds and normally reports every 2 minutes. If there is a significant pressure change, it can send data immediately. The integrated battery lasts up to 10 years, and there is a built-in magnet for easy mounting on metallic surfaces.

The transducer is made of stainless steel (304) and supports process media with temperatures ranging from –40 °C to +125 °C. It is fitted with a ¼″ G male process connection and the assembly is rated to IP67, making it durable in demanding environments.

You can set the measurement frequency and alarm thresholds through the Neuron app, and receive notifications via push notification, email, or SMS. Commissioning is done via a QR code on the transmitter, ensuring accurate registration in the Neuron system.
