Wireless hour counter for machinery and equipment

The Neuron Hour Meter is a wireless IoT sensor that digitizes runtime by counting operating hours when connected to 4–30 V DC. It stores elapsed time internally so that it continues to count even when it is out of range of a gateway. Once the sensor reconnects, the accumulated hours are transmitted to the Neuron Cloud.

It samples every 10 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes, but can also send data immediately upon critical changes. The integrated battery offers up to approximately 10 years of operational life, delivering a low-maintenance and reliable solution.

You can adjust measurement and reporting intervals, as well as alarm thresholds in the Neuron app, and receive alerts via push notifications, email or SMS. Commissioning is fast and easy using the QR code on the device, which integrates it into your Neuron system.

Typical use cases include monitoring machine usage, leased equipment, maintenance scheduling and predictive maintenance.
