Wireless IR sensor for high surface temperature

The Neuron Infrared 380 is a wireless IoT sensor that measures surface temperature using infrared technology — up to 380 °C. Since the sensor does not need physical contact with the target, it's ideal for rotating equipment, saw blades, or other hot surfaces where traditional temperature sensors are impractical.

It takes temperature measurements every 2 minutes and transmits data to the Neuron system. It also supports instant alarms if a rapid temperature rise is detected. The built‑in battery supports a lifetime of up to approximately 7 years, depending on measurement frequency and data transmission settings.

You can configure parameters such as sampling rate and alarm thresholds via the Neuron app, and receive alerts via push notifications, email, or SMS. The strong magnet on the back allows easy attachment to metal surfaces for quick and stable installation.

Typical use cases include surface temperature monitoring of rotating or hot components — like motors, machinery parts or saw blades — making it a valuable tool for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
