IoT converter for resistive potentiometers

The Neuron Potentiometer Digitizer is a wireless sensor that measures the resistance at the wiper pin of potentiometers ranging from 1 kΩ to 100 kΩ and converts this analog signal into digital data. The device provides its own supply to the potentiometer, eliminating the need for an external power source. It is engineered for low power consumption with a battery life of up to 10 years.

It continuously samples the resistance and triggers an immediate alert if the value changes significantly. You can configure measurement frequency and alarm thresholds in the Neuron app, and receive notifications via push, email, or SMS. The sensor is commissioned quickly via a QR code that registers it directly in the Neuron system.

Typical use cases include draw-wire sensors, linear actuators, and other position-measurement applications where potentiometers are used.
