Wireless conversion of analog DC signals to digital measurements

The Neuron VDC Digitizer and its Precision VDC variant are wireless IoT sensors that transform an analog DC voltage signal (0–30 V) into a digital value. They are perfect for industrial setups where you want to digitize existing analog measurement points without complex wiring.

The sensor takes continuous measurements and can be configured to transmit immediately if the voltage level changes, or to report at regular intervals. Using the Neuron app, you can adjust measurement frequency and alarm thresholds, and receive alerts via push, email, or SMS. The integrated battery has a typical lifetime of up to 10 years under normal operating conditions.

Through the app, you can map the analog input to meaningful units — for example, 0 V can correspond to zero flow or pressure, and a higher voltage to a defined scale. This flexibility makes the digitizer ideal for modernizing analog sensors.
