The Neuron PT100 25 cm Probe is a wireless IoT sensor with a 25 cm stainless steel PT100 probe, providing accurate temperature measurement in various industrial applications. The sensor comes with a 1 meter cable between the probe and the radio transmitter, allowing flexible installation without compromising signal range.

The sensor samples every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes. If a rapid temperature change is detected, data is transmitted immediately. The built-in battery has an expected lifespan of up to 10 years under normal conditions.

There are three versions. The standard PT100 is suitable for moderate temperature ranges. The HT (High Temperature) PT100 measures from –100 °C to +650 °C. The HT Average reports the average temperature over time for more stable readings in fluctuating thermal environments.

You can adjust sampling frequency, alarm thresholds, and receive notifications via the Neuron app, push notification, email, or SMS. Commissioning is simple with the QR code on the sensor, which registers it in the Neuron system.

Typical applications include temperature measurement in process pipes, heat-conducting surfaces, and machine components, where accurate and stable temperature data is critical.
