Wireless high-temperature measurement via M6-bolt PT100 sensor

The Neuron PT100 HT Bolt M6 is a wireless IoT sensor that integrates a PT100 temperature element inside an M6×10 mm bolt with a radio transmitter, enabling direct temperature measurement in high-heat machine or process components. The sensor includes a 2-meter cable between the bolt and transmitter, allowing flexible placement.

It measures temperature every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes, but sends data immediately if a critical temperature change occurs. The built-in battery offers up to 10 years of operational life, making it a reliable long-term solution. Measurement range is from –100 °C to +650 °C, suitable for demanding thermal environments.

You can adjust sampling frequency and alarm thresholds via the Neuron app and receive notifications via push, email, or SMS. Commissioning is simple using the QR code on the sensor, ensuring fast registration in the Neuron system.

Typical applications include temperature monitoring of bearings, motors, rotating machinery, and other hot spots where precise contact measurement is required.
