Wireless high-temperature PT100 sensor with M6 bolt

The Neuron PT100 HT Bolt M6 is a wireless IoT sensor that measures temperature with a PT100 element integrated into an M6×10 mm bolt. The bolt is mounted directly, and the sensor comes with a 2‑meter cable between the bolt and the radio transmitter, providing flexible placement.

The sensor samples temperature every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes, but transmits immediately if the temperature changes rapidly. The built-in battery lasts up to 10 years, making the solution highly reliable. The measurement range is from –100 °C to +650 °C, making it suitable for demanding thermal environments.

You can configure sampling frequency and alarm thresholds via the Neuron app and receive notifications via push, email, or SMS. Commissioning is fast with the QR code on the sensor, ensuring easy registration in the Neuron system.
