The Neuron PT100 HT Magnet is a wireless IoT sensor that measures temperature using a PT100 element, with magnetic mounting for easy attachment to metal surfaces. The wireless design simplifies installation without needing permanent mounting or wiring.

The sensor samples temperature every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes, but transmits immediately if a critical change is detected. It has a long-life battery with an expected lifetime of up to 10 years. The measurement range spans from –100 °C to +650 °C, making it suitable for high-temperature environments.

Using the Neuron app, you can adjust sampling frequency and alarm thresholds, and receive alerts via push notification, email, or SMS. Commissioning is fast using the QR code on the sensor for registration in the Neuron system.

Common use cases include surface temperature monitoring of hot components, machinery parts or process equipment where accurate temperature data is vital.
