The Neuron PT100 Process Connection is a wireless IoT sensor that converts a PT100 element into digital temperature measurements. It comes with a 6 × 100 mm PT100 sensing element mounted in a process connection (¼″ BSPP) and a 1 meter long cable between the probe and the radio transmitter. This design makes it ideal for measuring temperature in pipelines, liquid systems, and industrial processes.

The sensor samples temperature every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes. If a critical temperature change (e.g., more than 2 °C) is detected, it sends an instant alert. It is powered by a long-life internal battery designed to last up to 10 years, depending on configuration.

You can configure measurement and reporting frequency and set alarm thresholds via the Neuron app. Alerts can be sent as push notifications, email or SMS. Commissioning is quick using the QR code on the device, which ensures accurate registration in the Neuron system.
