Wireless temperature sensor with ring-lug PT100 element

The Neuron PT100 Ring Lug is a wireless IoT sensor that measures surface temperature using a PT100 element mounted in a ring lug with a 6 mm mounting hole. It comes with a 1 meter cable between the ring lug and the radio transmitter, providing installation flexibility. The sensor samples temperature every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes, but triggers an instant alert if a critical temperature change occurs. The internal battery is designed to last up to 10 years under normal conditions.

You can adjust measurement frequency and alarm thresholds via the Neuron app, and receive alerts via push notification, email, or SMS. Commissioning is quick, using the QR code on the device to seamlessly integrate it into the Neuron system. Data is transmitted wirelessly to a nearby Neuron Gateway, which relays it to Neuron Cloud.

Typical use cases include temperature monitoring on pipes, HVAC systems, motors, and transformers — places where accurate surface temperature data is essential.
