Neuron PT100 Surface Patch

The Neuron PT100 Surface Patch is a wireless IoT sensor that measures surface temperature using a PT100 element embedded in an adhesive patch. It includes a 2-meter cable between the patch and the transmitter, allowing you to place the patch exactly where needed while positioning the transmitter optimally for strong wireless performance.

It samples temperature every 3 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes. If a rapid temperature change is detected, the sensor sends an immediate alert. Powered by an internal battery, it offers up to 10 years of operational life — a reliable, low-maintenance solution.

You can adjust measurement frequency and alarm thresholds via the Neuron app, with alerts sent by push notification, email or SMS. The QR code on the device enables quick and accurate commissioning. Data is sent wirelessly to the nearest Neuron Gateway, which relays it to Neuron Cloud for monitoring.

Common applications include surface temperature measurement on pipes, electronic equipment, motors and transformers — especially in places where you prefer not to drill or install invasive probes, but still need precise temperature monitoring.
