The Neuron Thermocouple Type K is a durable IoT sensor that measures very high and very low temperatures using a type K thermocouple probe. It features a standard IEC miniature connector, making it easy to connect to any type K probe. Depending on the probe, the sensor can measure from around –250 °C up to +1350 °C.

The sensor takes a reading every 10 seconds and typically reports every 2 minutes. However, it can transmit immediately if there is a large and rapid change in temperature. With the built‑in battery, it can operate for up to around 10 years. Measurement settings and alarm thresholds are configurable via the Neuron app, and you can receive alerts via push, email, or SMS.
