Wireless vacuum pressure sensor (±1 bar) for liquids and gases

The Neuron Vacuum Pressure sensor measures pressure from –1 bar to +1 bar relative to ambient atmospheric pressure. It consists of a rugged stainless steel pressure transducer connected by a 50 cm M12 cable to a radio transmitter. The transducer supports media temperatures between –40 °C and +125 °C.

The sensor samples pressure every 30 seconds and typically reports data every 2 minutes. If the pressure change exceeds a critical threshold, it triggers an immediate alert. The integrated long-life battery has an expected operating life of up to 10 years. The entire assembly is rated with IP67 protection, making it suitable for harsh environments.

In the Neuron app, you can adjust the sampling frequency and alarm thresholds, and choose to receive alerts via push notifications, email, or SMS. Commissioning is straightforward using the QR code on the device, which ensures accurate registration into the Neuron ecosystem.

Common use cases include process industry applications, vacuum systems, and any environment where monitoring of sub-atmospheric and near-atmospheric pressure is needed.
