High-temperature vibration monitoring

The Neuron Vibration RMS High Temperature sensor is an advanced wireless vibration sensor designed for high-heat environments. It measures three-axis RMS vibration and surface temperature up to +125 °C. The built-in magnet allows for easy installation.

Measurements are reported every 2 minutes to the Neuron system, enabling analysis to detect deviations and optimize machine performance. The sensor has a measuring range up to 12 g RMS with resolution down to 1 mg.

Battery life is up to 10 years, and the IP67 rating ensures suitability for harsh industrial environments. Measurement parameters and alarms can be configured via the Neuron app.

Applications include monitoring machines in high-temperature environments, predictive maintenance, and runtime optimization. Gaardbye Supply provides support for installation and integration with Neuron Gateway and Cloud.
