Durable vibration and temperature sensor for hot environments

The Neuron Vibration RMS HT is a wireless IoT sensor that measures vibration (RMS acceleration) across three axes and surface temperature via an extended probe capable of measuring up to 105 °C. The transmitter features a built‑in magnet on the back for easy mounting, and the probe can be placed up to 5 meters away from the radio unit to protect it from heat.

The sensor samples for 80 ms every 2 minutes, sending both vibration (RMS) and temperature data to the Neuron system. It supports a measurement range up to 12 g RMS with a fine resolution of 1 mg, providing accurate insights into machine behavior and early detection of anomalies.

Powered by an internal battery, it offers a life expectancy of up to 10 years under typical conditions, minimizing maintenance. The IP67-rated enclosure ensures strong protection against dust and moisture, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

Through the Neuron app, you can adjust measurement parameters and alarm thresholds, and set up alerts via push notifications, email, or SMS. Commissioning is fast using the QR code on the device, enabling seamless integration into your Neuron IoT setup.
