Neuron Vibration RMS

Advanced wireless vibration sensor with temperature monitoring

The Neuron Vibration RMS is a wireless IoT sensor that measures vibration levels (RMS acceleration) across three axes, as well as surface temperature on equipment. It features a built-in magnet on the back for easy and flexible mounting.

The sensor samples for 80 ms every 2 minutes and sends the data to the Neuron system, where you can analyze vibration patterns over time. It supports a measurement range up to 12 g RMS with a resolution down to 1 mg, making it ideal for precise machine monitoring. The temperature sensor covers –40 °C to +85 °C.

Powered by an internal battery, the device offers up to 10 years of operational life under normal conditions, minimizing maintenance needs. Its IP67-rated enclosure protects against dust and moisture, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

You can customize measurement parameters like sampling interval and alarm thresholds via the Neuron app, and set up alerts via push notifications, email, or SMS. Commissioning is quick using the QR code on the device, which registers it into the Neuron system.

Typical use cases include predictive maintenance (condition monitoring), machine health status, anomaly detection, structural monitoring, and optimizing uptime.
