Wenglor P1KH019 – Reflex sensor with background suppression, blue light, IO-Link, 150 mm, IP67/IP68

The Wenglor P1KH019 reflex sensor with background suppression is designed for precise and reliable object detection in industrial automation applications. The sensor operates with blue LED light using the angle measurement principle, ensuring stable detection of objects regardless of their color, shape or surface – even in front of complex backgrounds.

The optical design makes the sensor particularly suitable for detecting dark or shiny objects, where conventional photoelectric sensors often struggle. With an adjustable sensing range of 30–150 mm and a maximum sensing distance of 150 mm, the sensor can easily be adapted to a wide range of applications.

The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10–30 V DC and features a switching frequency of up to 1 kHz with a response time as low as 0.5 ms, ensuring fast and accurate signal processing in dynamic production environments. The integrated IO-Link 1.1 interface allows configuration of output type (PNP/NPN, NO/NC), switching distance and provides access to switching states and distance values.

The compact design with durable plastic housing and protection rating up to IP67/IP68 makes the sensor suitable for demanding industrial environments. With short-circuit, overload and reverse polarity protection, as well as an operating temperature range from –40 °C to +60 °C, the Wenglor P1KH019 is a reliable solution for machine building, robotics, material handling and automated production systems.
