RENOLIN PG 68 - 20L

RENOLIN PG 68 is a fully synthetic gear and lubricating oil based on polyalkylene glycol (PAG). It provides excellent oxidation and aging stability, an extremely high viscosity index, and outstanding viscosity-temperature behavior. Combined with high load-carrying capacity, low friction, and excellent wear and micropitting resistance, the oil ensures long service life for gears and bearings under demanding thermal and mechanical conditions.

Applications

RENOLIN PG 68 is designed for industrial gearboxes and lubrication systems, especially in applications with high thermal and mechanical demands such as worm, planetary, and bevel gears. It is particularly suitable for steel/bronze sliding bearings in worm gears, where wear protection and extended oil change intervals are critical. The oil can also be used in rolling bearings, paper machines, calenders, conveyors, and other industrial applications with high loads and temperatures.

RENOLIN PG 68 meets relevant standards such as DIN 51517-3 (CLP-PG), ISO 12925-1, and AGMA 9005/E02 (EP), and is approved by leading gearbox manufacturers.

When switching to RENOLIN PG 68, a complete oil change is recommended, as it is not compatible with conventional mineral oils, PAO, or ester-based oils.
