High-performance white special grease for telescopic arms, three-jaw chucks, and sliding surfaces

FUCHS STABYL TA is a white, semi-synthetic special grease based on lithium soap, designed for lubricating telescopic arms, three-jaw chucks (three-jaw chucks), and linear guides – especially where material combinations such as steel/polyamide and plastic/plastic occur. Its unique combination of solid lubricants ensures excellent sliding properties and effectively reduces stick-slip effects.

Applications:

STABYL TA is specially developed for lubricating telescopic arms with steel on polyamide material combinations. It is also widely used for lubricating three-jaw chucks, linear guides, and small gearboxes based on PA and POM. Additionally, it is successfully used in prefabrication plants as a sealing compound for magnets and dowels.

Method of Application:

STABYL TA can be applied using a grease gun, compressed air spraying equipment, or manually with a brush or roller.

The product is supplied in cartridges with SIC/LubeShuttle thread, making it compatible with modern, airtight grease guns and ensuring clean and convenient handling.
