Kyodo Yushi TMO 150 is a high-performance synthetic gear oil based on polyalkylene glycol (PAG), specifically developed for the lubrication of precision gears and moving components in industrial robots. The product is approved by ABB under part number 3HAC032140-004 and is used in various robot models, including the IRB66xx series (M2000, M2000A, M2004), RBX66X0, RB660, RB6620, RB6640, RB6650S, and RB6660.

TMO 150 has an ISO VG 150 viscosity and is particularly suited for continuous-duty environments where excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and wear protection are required. The oil provides extended service life and helps minimize maintenance of critical machine parts.

Note: This product is not compatible with aluminum components or conventional mineral oils – proper system flushing is required when switching lubricants.
